- 2 ono-on-one visits with Dr. Fell. Set your goals, discuss your history, medications, supplements, and concerts
- 3 Saturday morning in-person (or via Zoom if you prefer) Learn and Support sessions
- 1 Pot-luck with your favorit health dish you learned to prepare during the 28 Day Transformation.
- Online Video and Audio Series: The 28 Day Transformation Video Series: Dr. Fell will guide you through the 28 Day Transformation with short informative and encouraging videos and audio during the week.

- Discussion forum where you can ask questions and share experiences.
- Patient Portal access to directly ask Dr. Fell program related questions during the 28 Day Transformation program.
