Initial Appointment Discount:
The regular price for an initial appointment is $335. If you choose a membership option, the price of the initial appointment will be discounted to $167. Your first membership payments will start at the end of the first month of membership coverage.

Lab Discounts:
Members receive discounts of about 60-75% (or more) off of the Quest Diagnostics list price. Also, there is no draw fee for members.
